I just wanted to write you to let you know that I was at the temporary library building at 1324 5th Street in Santa Monica both yesterday (during the brunt of the rain in the afternoon) and this morning to inspect the previous leak areas. There was no evidence of any leaking at the previous locations. I want to thank you and your team (Zeke, Alfonzo, etc.) again for the last set of repairs. We will continue to monitor the roof per your warranty, but wanted to share this encouraging news.
