Dear Mr. Stephenson,

I am writing this letter in appreciation of your project staff, in particular Scott Brown and Charlie Ioimo. They responded on short notice to man the job on December 31st and assured that the Teachers and Students at Hueneme High School would have working heater units in Building “B” when they arrived at school on Monday.

I am thankful for their “can do” attitude when it comes to customer service. Together we will work to avoid situations like this in the future. Please pass along my gratitude for working with us under these difficult circumstances.
