Dear Neil:

This past week I was involved with some destructive testing on the roofs of a Homeowners Association in Las Vegas, Nevada. The roofing crews that were removing and replacing the tiles were from Eberhard Southwest Roofing, and as soon as I saw the name, I wondered whether or not you were affiliated with this company; then, after approximately two hours on the first day, I became convinced that you were, based on the way that these men worked.

We spent five days dismantling and repairing tile roofs in varying weather conditions, and by the end of that fifth day I still had no complaints with your crews, and that makes me somewhat nervous, because I am a roofing consultant after all.
