Re: Another Job Well Done

Dear Executives,

Again today I visited one of the jobs your company completed for me in the past few months.

I don't always have a chance to get out to all my sites when you are in the process of construction and that is why I am sending this mail.

While walking through the Victorville Central Office I looked at work that was, of course, above and beyond your call of duty. Your company always does the most exceptional job down to the finest detail. I don't think I have ever walked a job (after Derek), and found anything that wasn't just perfect.

This is just to say that from your Executives to your field personnel, without exception, I find them professional, hard working, conscientious, and above all, always looking out for Verizon’s and my best interest.

Everyone of your guys need a great big pat on the back for all the great work they do for me. I just wish there was some other way that I could show all of you that I don't ever take what you do for me for granted and that I appreciate and thank GOD everyday that I have all of you working for me.

It's always easy to remember the things that go wrong on a job, but I don't think that is what we should ultimately focus on. We fix those things and move on to a perfectly completed project. Unlike others in my organization, I try and focus my thoughts on the good things and final outcome of every project.

Again, I am blessed to have found your company and appreciate each and everything you do for me.

As you know, it has become harder and harder over the past few years to do business the way we always have, but I will do whatever it takes to keep this area an exception.

You can all sleep easy at night knowing that you have the most exceptional people working for you, and you should feel very proud of the GREAT company you have built.
