The Company traces its roots in San Diego, California, to 1910, when Charles Benton first opened Benton Roofing, which specialized in roofing and sheet metal applications on residential and light commercial construction. In January 1997 we combined that 87 years of local presence with Van Nuys, California, based Eberhard, one of California's leading commercial and industrial construction firms since 1945, and created Eberhard Benton Roofing. The result is a highly experienced staff with expertise across the entire roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal spectrum, which allows us to fully serve our customers in a diversity of projects, ranging from protecting buildings such as the historical Hotel del Coronado from the harsh environment of coastal life to the building of Charger Stadium. At Eberhard Benton we are dedicated to giving every customer’s project the utmost in quality and attention to detail.
