The Band

Dennis Neil - Woodland Hills, CA
As a big fan of "Neil" music since the '70s, it was only natural the Dennis would adopt the role in doing the tribute band version of Neil Young & Crazy Horse. "When I first learned to play guitar, it was Neil who had the most influence on my style," recalls Dennis. "His lead work is so different from his contemporaries. Neil is also an incredible song-smith. This gives us plenty of material to put on a great show."

Bruce Spiegel - North Hills, CA
Born in New York but raised in Los Angeles, Bruce started on bass with Out To Lunch, featuring guitarist Michael O'Neill, currently w/George Benson; Vocalist Joyce Yarrow (Peter Yarrow's sis). Emmy Nominated composer Michael Silversher; Chris & Mark Petersen (Chris from Pure Prairie League) in the Country Rock group Sarabande. More recently with band Heartless, backing Jimmy Hall (Jeff Beck, Wet Willie) and Greg Martin (Kentucky Headhunters). Bruce plays Fender and Rickenbacker basses. www.brucespiegel.com

Steven Elowe - Montecito Park, CA
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Steve started playing guitar and singing at 8 years old. By 10 years old he was playing in bands and, by 13, recording commercials. As a solo artist Steve was signed to Warner Bros. and Polydor Records in the 80s, then remained a session singer/guitarist for commercials and movies. Most recently with the bands Loose Chains and Savor, a tribute to Santana, Steve now joins The Neil Deal. He loves Neil Young's music and finds it an honor to play in such a great tribute to Young's career.

Tony Hartt - Woodland Hills, CA
Tony claims as his influences such notables as Karen Carpenter, Hal Blaine, Jim Keltner, Ringo Starr and many more. His first professional gig was at a local fair with the Jr. High Jazz Band and from then on it's been pretty much non-stop gigging for 30 plus years. He has been in touring bands that opened for acts like the Smithereens, The Call and The Replacements. His passion for music and his instrument has continued to grow over the years and his considerable knowledge and experience makes Tony a "drummer's drummer."
